Global CNC is perfect for cleaning machine tool sumps, larger systems, coolant supply lines, and recycling equipment. It is compatible with most waste treatment methods, including ultrafiltration, and does not degrade metalworking fluids when used as directed.

A specialized formula based on years of experience in machine clean-out. Insoluble scum deposits are quickly broken down and removed from lines and hard-to-reach areas, which is an effective way to extend the lifespan of your coolant system. Environmental approvals are simplified because Global CNC contains no nitrites, phosphates, barium, phenols, or butyl cello solve; this formula has very low V.O.C. content. 

When used as directed, this product is compatible with soluble oil coolants as well as most other competitive coolants. It is designed to remove heavy soils from machines without causing any damage to their paints, coatings, seals, hoses or skirting. Additionally, it is formulated to prevent any slippery residue from being left behind.

Global CNC will not cause foaming in machines and systems running synthetic products. Short term corrosion inhibitors prevent flash rusting of machine surfaces and ways.
