The EM4000 is a uniquely versatile, aqueous manual parts washer with a work tray over solution design offering a large, dry work zone with the option to lift a tray and gain direct access to the solution for soaking and submerged part agita-tion underneath with integrated spray under immersion nozzles.
The manual parts washer features a large, ergonomic tray work surface and work-flow tools, including a flow-through scrubbing brush and flexible rinse spigot. The tray over solution style is market-unique and more versatile than typical sink over tank products and allows soaking and agitation.
Two-Stage filtering utilizing
(1) a synthetic fiber pre-filter for large debris
(2) canister main filter for fine particulates.
Unique tray style work zone with direct access to solution underneath, large 35” x 25” work area and 8” of soaking depth.
Direct access to soak parts and take advantage of spray under immersion feature for improved spray agitation cleaning.
Easy access drain port at lowest point of tank with dedicated drain channels for simple, complete fluid changes.
